What is relaxing breathwork?

There are many different breathwork techniques that relax the body and the nervous system. When using these techniques we can slow our heart rate, reduce blood pressure and flow into a state of peace and tranquility in a matter of minutes.

- Make sure you will be totally undisturbed for the 60 minutes
- Wear headphones/ earphones for the best experience
- Do not eat for 2h before the session
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Get very comfortable
- Lie on a thin pillow so your throat is not obstructed
- Wear an eye mask for total darkness
- Avoid stimulants for 24h prior to the event: caffeine, alcohol, drugs
- Set an intention for the session
